You agree that I shall not be liable in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, resulting from the browsing of this website or any other matter relating to the Terms.
Put simply, while I value delivering high-quality content through this website, such content might be incorrect, flawed, or just outdated. If you use it and break production on a Friday, while I have respect for your sense of risk, I don't care that you end up on call the following Saturday.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of France, and the court of Paris, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine all issues that may arise under or in relation to this agreement.
