Introduction
These are the terms and conditions of use of the lihbr.com website ("site", "website") owned by Lucie Haberer ("I", "me", "her majesty"), an individual.
Technically, by visiting this site you agree to these terms and conditions of use as well as my privacy policy - I'm collecting a lot of data, you should read it - collectively referred to as the "Terms".
If you do not agree to the Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website. However, I do not have any way of enforcing it, so... I'll tag instead you as a "rogue user", and if I ever find you... then... then I would have found you.
I may update these Terms in the future, especially if there's ever an actual need for them.
Content Licensing
Unless stated otherwise, the creative content on lihbr.com is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International Public License. Content curated on the /art

Similarly and unless specified otherwise, code (examples, projects, snippets) made available on this website is licensed under an MIT License.
Liability
Your use of lihbr.com is at your sole risk. You agree that I shall not be liable in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, resulting from the browsing of this website or any other matter relating to the Terms.
Put simply, while I value delivering high-quality content through this website, such content might be incorrect, flawed, or just outdated. If you use it and break production on a Friday, while I have respect for your sense of risk, I don't care that you end up on call the following Saturday.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of France, and the court of Paris, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine all issues that may arise under or in relation to this agreement.
Questions
Because this site does not provide a service or attempt to sell you anything really, there's not much more to say in its Terms. However, if you have any questions about the above terms, feel free to contact her majesty at hello@lihbr.com
